From our desire to offer a range of breads that can only be tasted in Miyajima, Shimauma Bakery has developed some delicious breads that cannot be found in any other stores, as an extra touch in addition to traditional menu items such as cream bread and melon bread.We have launched our own original, tasty bread menu including treats such as Miyajima blueberry bread, a dessert bread with a generous swirl blending sweet, tangy blueberry jam with rich cream cheese in an intensely buttery, rich dessert dough base. Bakery goods including bread boxes and original paper bags can also be used as souvenirs.
